Guest Chefs The Evenings

This year, renowned 3 Michelin star chefs will be sharing the kitchen and creating unique moments to dazzle your taste buds: César Troisgros (Tuesday), Tim Boury (Wednesday), Kai Ho (Friday and Sunday), and Eric Kragh Vildgaard (Saturday and Sunday) with Heiko Nieder. The menus from THE EPICURE will be accompanied by fine wines selected by the GaultMillau-awarded young sommelier Katharina Sarrot.
The only exception this year is Kirk Westaway (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday), who holds 2 Michelin stars. Like Heiko Nieder, he is also a Maison Krug Ambassador and will team up with Heiko Nieder on Thursday. The 4-hands dinner will be accompanied by cuvées from Maison Krug.
