THE EPICURE is a meeting place for top international chefs, all of whom have made a name for themselves with their innovative power and pioneering creativity. Over the course of five evenings, Heiko Nieder will team up with a different chef each time to create an 8-course menu and for the finale on Sunday, you can watch the masters create their creations at live cooking stations and enjoy the delicacies and matching wines.
The Evenings
This is the eighth time the international culinary elite will gather at gourmet festival THE EPICURE to raise the gastronomic bar. Over the course of five evenings, Heiko Nieder will team up with a different chef each time to create an 8-course menu featuring pairings not seen before.

For example, from Thursday to Sunday, the bartenders of the Argo Bar, at the Four Seasons from Hong Kong (3rd place in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2022) await you with outstanding cocktail creations.

The Final
A grand finale awaits you on the Sunday! Chef Fine Dining Heiko Nieder has invited 10 top chefs from Asia, Latin America and Europe. Experience our illustrious guests live at various food stations, and savour culinary delights in a new dimension. The right wines for each dish were carefully selected. Serving up the “sweet finale” will be René Frank and the perfect accompaniment to this, the award-winning bartenders from Argo Bar in Hongkong will be on hand to mix wonderful cocktails.
