The Evenings

For the tenth edition of the festival, Heiko Nieder once again welcomes top chefs from around the world. Together, they create an exclusive 4-hands dinner on each evening of the five-day event in the kitchen of The Restaurant – a culinary collaboration that is unique in this form.
The Gourmet Experience

On Saturday Davidoff invites to an exclusive afternoon in the garden of the Dolder Grand as part of THE EPICURE. The focus is on “THE ART OF BLENDING” – featuring (new) cigars, a guided port wine blending, caviar, and champagne. The culinary highlight is a 6-course menu jointly created by Nick Bril (2 Michelin stars), Kirk Westaway (2 Michelin stars), and Heiko Nieder (2 Michelin stars).
The Final

The festival will reach its climax on Sunday with the spectacular Final, offering you the unique opportunity to watch Michelin-starred chefs live as they work at cooking stations preparing their signature dishes right in front of your eyes.
