THE BEST OF THE BEST OF INTERNATIONAL CHEFS AT THE DOLDER GRAND

111 guest chefs with a total of 249 Michelin stars from 30 countries have so far accepted Heiko Nieder’s invitation.
Over the past years, the Chef Fine Dining and Culinary Director of The Dolder Grand has established THE EPICURE as a gourmet festival of international standing. In 2025, THE EPICURE will celebrate its 10th anniversary – and in doing so, will also honour the defining role of host Heiko Nieder, whose vision has firmly established Zurich in the world of haute cuisine.

From 9 to 14 September 2025, the city on the Limmat will once again become a meeting place for the international gourmet elite.
Heiko Nieder is inviting chefs and renowned bartenders from around the world to create a stage for culinary excellence and creative flavour compositions at The Dolder Grand.
On five “EVENINGS”, Heiko Nieder will collaborate each night with a different guest chef. Together, they will combine their expertise in a unique 8-course menu – a distinctive fusion of two culinary signatures, created exclusively for this special occasion.

The festival will reach its grand finale on Sunday with the “Final”:
At eleven live cooking stations, the invited Michelin-starred chefs from around the globe will present their signature dishes. The culinary experience will be rounded off with a selection of wines and champagnes, carefully curated by head sommelier Katharina Sarrot, various food stands, and a cigar lounge with bar.
