THE BEST OF THE BEST OF INTERNATIONAL CHEFS AT THE DOLDER GRAND

With THE EPICURE, the Chef Fine Dining and Culinary Director of the Dolder Grand, Heiko Nieder, has, over the years, established a gourmet festival of international standing. In the past nine editions of THE EPICURE, a total of 111 guest chefs from 30 countries have accepted Heiko Nieder’s invitation – together, they hold 249 Michelin stars. In 2025, THE EPICURE celebrates its 10th anniversary – and at the same time honours Heiko Nieder’s defining role as host, whose vision has established Zurich in the world of haute cuisine.

From 9 to 14 September 2025, the Dolder Grand will once again become a meeting place for the international gourmet elite. Over the course of five EVENINGS, Heiko Nieder will be joined each night by a different guest chef. Together, they will combine their expertise in a unique 4-hands dinner – a one-of-a-kind fusion of two culinary signatures, created exclusively for this special evening. The grand finale of the gourmet festival is THE FINAL: a day of indulgence featuring live cooking stations by the guest chefs and their signature dishes, paired with wines and champagnes carefully selected by Head Sommelier Katharina Sarrot, as well as a variety of cocktails created by guest bartenders. The experience is further enhanced by additional food stands and a Davidoff cigar lounge. Look forward to a top-tier line-up – from acclaimed stars to rising talents of the international fine dining scene.

This year, too, an exceptional line-up awaits – from celebrated names of the global gourmet world to emerging culinary talents. Represented are chefs from Great Britain, Finland, Taiwan, Belgium, and many other countries.
