10 years The Epicure

After ten editions, we look back on THE EPICURE with great gratitude. Since its launch in 2014, this gourmet festival at the Dolder Grand has served as a platform for international exchange at the highest level of gastronomy. At the invitation of its founder and Chef Fine Dining, Heiko Nieder, 124 guest chefs from 32 countries participated, collectively representing 279 Michelin stars.

Over the years, THE EPICURE became an established gathering for the world’s leading Michelin-starred chefs in Switzerland. Following the anniversary edition, we believe that now is the right time to create new formats and showcase the culinary diversity of the Dolder Grand in new ways.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to our guests, partners and all participating guest chefs for their loyalty and interest over the years.

We warmly invite you to continue discovering the hotel’s diverse gastronomic concepts, including The Chef’s Table, seasonal pop-ups and guest appearances by acclaimed Michelin-starred chefs. Our next highlight will be the 4-Hands Dinner on 28 August 2026 at The Restaurant, where host chef Heiko Nieder will cook alongside guest chef Deepanker Khosla of Haoma in Bangkok.
