Wine journey with Château Palmer (in collaboration with wine retailers Martel)
Join wine retailers Martel on a unique journey through the past 40 years of one of the Bordeaux region’s most famous vineyards – Château Palmer. In this Masterclass, you will have the opportunity to sample nine different exclusive vintages, which will be accompanied by delicacies created by Heiko Nieder.

The world of coffee
Experience the world of coffee like never before as a mixologist first takes you on a fascinating culinary journey of coffee discovery. The Masterclass is then divided up into three further sections:
Coffee like a perfume
Find out about the vast array of flavours hidden inside each coffee bean, from enzymatic to roasted notes, and discover the differences between the various types of bean.
Coffee and champagne
Learn about the subtle similarities between a glass of champagne and a cup of coffee – from grape to glass, from bean to cup.
Coffee as an ingredient
Sample three dishes that use coffee in different ways while discovering how coffee can be integrated into a menu – and how you can play around with the range of flavours.

Louis XIII – the fragrance of time
Each decanter is the life achievement of generations of cellar masters. In the first part of the experience, you will have the opportunity to discover la Maison LOUIS XIII. Discover the fragrance as a perfume in a number of different varieties.
The second part introduces you to the surprising palette of LOUIS XIII aroma, with the perfect food pairings created by Heiko Nieder. Come and experience some unusual ingredients and combinations.
