Heiko Nieder and international top chefs
The gourmet festival THE EPICURE will reach its grand finale on Sunday. Anyone in attendance who has always wanted to observe a culinary master at close quarters will be in their element. Chef Fine Dining Heiko Nieder has invited 9 Michelin-starred Chefs, one top pastry Chef and a bartender to take part. They will be waiting at their food stations to indulge you with dishes of the most exclusive ingredients.
The grand finale of THE EPICURE will be held in the Gallery and in the Gallery Lounges of the Dolder Grand. From the terrace on the Gallery Roof you will be able to enjoy the magnificent view over Lake Zurich with an exclusive cigar. The sheer variety of the dishes, the opportunity to meet international top chefs, and of course the selection of fine wines will create the perfect ambience on this special day.
