Christian Jürgens is an exceptional chef, who currently holds 3 Michelin stars and 19.5 GaultMillau points as well as 5 Fs from “Der Feinschmecker”. He has been head chef and manager of Restaurant Überfahrt in the Althoff Seehotel Überfahrt in Rottach-Egern – one of Germany’s three best restaurants in the 2017 Hornstein rankings – since 2008. Jürgens describes his style as “modern with classic roots”.
