Simon Rogan opened his first business in 2002. Since then, he’s not stopped embarking on new projects. After founding L’Enclume in the north of England, Rogan opened Rogan & Co as well as his own farm. His empire now includes Aulis (with locations in Cartmel, London and Hong Kong), Roganic, a delivery service and a bakery in Hong Kong. Connecting all these businesses is Rogan’s consistent emphasis on high-quality, local produce and the way in which he adapts the processes used to ensure they are as sustainable as possible. Perhaps the greatest of the many awards that Rogan has received came on the 20-year anniversary of L’Enclume: in 2022, the restaurant, which is at the heart of Rogan's empire, was awarded three Michelin stars.
