Jeremy Chan’s career has been quite the journey. Instead of training as a chef, Chan studied at Princeton before going on to work in finance. It was only in 2017 that he decided to turn his lifelong passion into a career – transforming unique ingredients into even more unique menus. Together with a childhood friend, Chan opened Ikoyi in London where he creates tasting menus which are as fascinating as his own career path. Ikoyi has two Michelin stars and has been named as one of the top 50 restaurants in the world, but Chan is not stopping there and is looking forward to the next chapter. This spring, Chan will be publishing his first cookbook: “Ikoyi: A Journey through Bold Heat with Recipes”.
