At the age of 17, Federico Balzarini began mixing drinks at a local bar. It was love at first sight – a love that endures to this day. The Italian mixologist currently indulges his passion at ARGO in the Four Seasons Hong Kong, where he started working as Beverage Manager this year. ARGO came third in the list of “Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022” – due not least to its innovativeness. For example, all drinks are offered in two versions: the original, and then a version made with alternative ingredients if certain products should ever run out. A visit to ARGO is also always a journey into the future of the cocktail. What this looks like is demonstrated by Balzarini and his bartender Siu Nam Mak during THE EPICURE from Thursday to Saturday at the Canvas Bar & Lounge and on Sunday at THE FINAL .
